To Sight in a Bow
When you first start to sight in your bow try to get the 10 yard pin on first, so you don't lose any arrows. If you are shooting low, you would want to move your 10 yard pin lower. The easiest way to remember is to follow your arrow. If your arrow is shooting to far to the right you would want to move you sights to the right. Then work your way to 20 yards. After you get your 20 pin sighted in, then do 30 yards. After you get your bow sighted in, move to a deer stand and shoot at a target in different spots without counting how far away it is. You should try to estimate how far away it is, so when it comes to hunting and can judge how far away the deer is. It has helped me a lot.
